Covid Safety
Your safety is so important to us and with all our cleaning procedures I want to thank everyone for helping me keep our space safe for our community.
So, lets first talk about what we doing to protect both of us.
So far, we have taken multiple health and safety courses, including but not limited to, Barbicide certification, Barbicide Covid-19 certification, and working on our smart serve (this one is for future plans). You all know that we are clean, but we will just repeat… as always, every client will get a clean cape and or robe and clean towels. In addition, these are some protocols the salon already had in place:
-
The towels are cleaned in the hottest water and dried on the hottest setting and bleached by a service which has some awesome Covid-19 protocols themselves.
-
Each client receives a clean Cape, Robe and towel. These are stored in drawers and cabinets away from the clients.
-
We are happy to wear a mask upon request
-
In between each client, we will be cleaning the shampoo sinks and chairs. Styling chairs, side tables, anything that is touched during the service, as always using proper cleaning and disinfection methods for all hair tools we have used. This includes 70% alcohol, Lysol and Barbicide. (which is a hospital grade disinfectant)
-
Bathrooms are cleaned regularly throughout the day
-
Handles of all doors are cleaned regularly throughout the day
-
Front desk is cleaned in between each client with lysol and 70% Alcohol, including the debit machine and counter top
-
we will be washing our hands regularly and using hand sanitizer often.
-
we have hand sanitizer available at our stations and located throughout the salon.
